Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, the item is defective, or the item is damaged.
Beverages
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your beverage item, let us know and we’ll gladly remake it for you.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products, personal care products or special orders.
Merchandise and Packaged Coffee, and Packaged Tea
You may return packaged coffee, packaged tea or merchandise within 3 days of your purchase with your original receipt. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be made in the form of your original payment.
